Named after Jim Beam’s grandnephew Baker Beam, this specialty is made with a mash that contains mainly corn and is fermented with a jug yeast that has been owned by the family for several decades. The processes of fermentation, distillation and the long storage result in an unequalled experience of taste, that combines notes of fruit, roasted nuts and caramel. While it does carry some weight alcohol-wise, it is amazingly soft and best enjoyed neat. Someone interested in an extraordinary whiskey-experience should not miss this one!
