It is then further refined in three carefully selected sherry casks – Amontillado, Oloroso and Moscatel. These special casks, which come from one of Spain’s most renowned bodegas, give the whisky an unrivalled depth and sophistication.

This exceptional whisky was created by whisky legends Richard Paterson OBE and Ian Macmillan, whose outstanding expertise and passion can be felt in every bottle.
