The Widow Jane Rye Apple Wood Aged 46.5% vol. 0.7 l is an innovative straight rye whiskey from Brooklyn, New York, which stands out from classic rye flavours thanks to its special ageing process. It is made from a high proportion of rye, which provides the typical flavour. After distillation, this whiskey not only matures in traditional barrels, but is also refined with apple wood chips.
