Description

Benriach is always on the lookout for an eclectic mix of casks from around the world, selected for their exceptional character and flavours to be released into the whisky.

The casks are filled with three different types of spirit: classic, peated or triple distilled.

The distillery is known for its long-standing tradition and is creating a new product range at the end of 2019 that brings out the diversity and versatility of Benriach’s “orchard fruit style” even more, covering the entire spectrum of whisky flavours.

The colour palette of the gift boxes and labels is inspired by the natural surroundings of Speyside.

The Benriach 25 Years Old FOUR CASK MATURED Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from a combination of unpeated and peated whisky, matured for a minimum of 25 years in sherry casks, bourbon casks, oak casks and Madeira Island wine casks. It is produced by master blender Rachel Barrie.

Tasting NoteColour: Deep amber.

Nose: Fruity, notes of smoked apricot, dark cherry chocolate, hazelnut, toffee.

Flavour: Rich, full-bodied, notes of baked fruit, toasted oak, orange, cinnamon, caramel.

Finish: Langs on the palate.
