40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir. 75% of the fruit comes from Epernay and 25% of the blend is reserve wine. Spends 30 months sur lie and bottled with 8.5 g/L dosage.  Fresh and delicate champagne with aromas of white flowers, apple, citrus and brioche. Soft and crispy, citrus notes of different types, lime and lemon. White peach, apple and red currant follows on the palate with a quite long pleasant finish. Perfect as an aperitif. Champagne Jean Diot is made from 13.5 Hectares of vines in the hills above the village of Vinay, just outside of Epernay. Jean Phillipe Diot is a second generation vigneron though the family has been farming in Champagne for over 300 years.
