An extraordinary Champagne, which impresses with its wide expression on the nose, which changes instant after instant in the glass, turning from red fruits to roasting, and back, almost infinitely. We could spend hours tasting it, only then put it in our mouths, appreciating the mineral plot that invites pleasure. Bright pink gold, fine and persistent perlage. The nose is sublime, with aromas of small red fruits, brioche bread, roasting, on an elegantly mineral texture.
