Description

Kabumm Whisky is a collaboration between the famous German rapper Sido, his long-standing business partner Burkhard Westerhoff and the Austrian distiller Josef Farthofer. The whisky is made exclusively from rare ancient grains grown and carefully harvested on distiller Josef Farthofer’s 45-hectare farm. After distillation, the whisky matures for 3 years in used Mostello barrique casks. Mostello is an innovative pear dessert wine blend inspired by a port wine. The whisky is bottled in a bomb-shaped bottle, for which numerous glassblowers throughout Central Europe were contacted for months. Finally, a family business with years of experience was found in Poland to produce these unique bottles.

Tasting NoteColour: Amber.

Nose: Fine cereal notes, dried fruit, cloves, star anise.

Palate: Silky smooth, dark chocolate, ripe fruit.

Finish: Langs, tart notes, intense dried pears.
