The cuvée is predominantly based on Pinot Noir, supplemented by Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, creating a balanced harmony of structure, fruitiness and freshness. The style of Nectar Impérial is deliberately more intense and aromatic than a classic brut, with a higher dosage and softer texture. With 12% alcohol by volume, this Champagne Demi-Sec is round, powerful and lively at the same time. The fine perlage and balanced acidity ensure freshness and elegance despite the sweetness.
