In this case, barrels were selected, that mature in particularly warm areas of the warehouse in Louisville to achieve an even more special character. In the nose, the Bourbon presents itself with aromas of Devil’s food cake, cloves, oak and a trace of vanilla. Then, more intense flavours are evolving along with light ethereal nuances of eucalyptus. Orange cream and caramel make for a subtle swing.
