Description

Brackla was the first Scottish distillery to be granted royal status, an honour bestowed on the distillery by King William IV in 1833. In 2015, three new Royal Brackla single malts were launched, which are considered to be part of the last great malts of John Dewar & Sons. One of these Royal Brackla Whiskies is matured for 21 years in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, which gives it a special depth and complexity.

The long maturation in these sherry casks allows the whisky to develop rich, fruity flavours and a velvety texture, making it an outstanding representative of the Scottish art of distilling. This unique combination of tradition and quality delights whisky lovers worldwide and sets Royal Brackla Whisky apart from other whiskies.
